Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work at our clinic.

Last updated 01 Sep 2026

1. Consultations and appointments

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the booked time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to the consultation charge.
  • Consultation fees are payable once the veterinarian has seen your pet and are non-refundable.

2. Surgery, procedures and hospitalisation

  • A deposit may be requested when a procedure is booked. It is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover reserved theatre time and staff.
  • If a procedure is cancelled by the clinic (for example, because your pet is not fit for anaesthesia), the deposit is refunded in full or applied to alternative treatment.

3. Vaccinations and medicines

Vaccines, injectable medicines and prescription drugs that have been dispensed cannot be returned or refunded, in line with pharmaceutical safety regulations.

4. Products and retail items

  • Unopened, unused food, accessories and supplements may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days with the original invoice.
  • Opened food or items showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in full.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by bank transfer at the clinic.
